Here is a buyer's view of our marketing....

"I wanted to let you know that your listings are absolutely the best ones on the 'net that I've seen. And I've been looking a good bit - my husband is a Coast Guard Captain and has already relocated to South Florida (3 weeks now), my children and I are going to follow this summer. We've known for awhile for that we are moving and realtor.com and other sites have become ones I spent a lot of time with.

We are already assigned an agent through the USAA Mover's Advantage program and I'm about to write her to make sure that your listings on Port Street (Cooper City) and 5853 SW 119 Ave (Cooper City) are on our 'must see' list if they are still on the market this weekend (we are flying down on Friday night to house hunt).
